Assael Architecture has received planning consent from Brentford's local authority for a mixed-use regeneration project in London, UK.

The £100m ($147m) project in Brentford will include two hotels, a 4,205m² commercial office building, private and residential units and space for community use.

The project is being delivered by developer Carlton Properties.

The 1.85ha industrial site was previously occupied by industrial equipment manufacturer Alfa Laval and has been derelict for more than 20 years.
