The new amended master plan for the Chelsea Barracks site in London, UK, has been unveiled by Qatari Diar Real Estate Investment Company.
The plan, designed by Dixon Jones, Squire & Partners Architects and Kim Wilkie Associates, was launched in April this year after an initial phase of public consultation.
The developer presented the initial master plan concept for the development to both the Residents Liaison Group and the Community Liaison Group.
Following the consultation process, the scheme incorporated a number of amendments, including building height reductions as well as improvements to setting and public realm spaces.
The developer is expected to submit an outline planning application for the scheme soon.
