Trahan and Associates Begins Work on US Museum

US-based Xenia Hotels & Resorts has acquired The Ritz-Carlton, Denver for a purchase price of $100.25m.

Work will soon begin on the Louisiana Sports Hall of Fame and Regional History Museum in the US.

The project was designed by US-based Trahan and Associates and will be delivered by construction firm VCC.

The two-storey, 27,500ft² building will be built at a cost of $12m, according to thenewsstar.com.

The scheme is expected to be complete by December 2011, with induction ceremonies taking place in 2012.
