McGough Construction has been appointed to construct the building, which is scheduled to break ground this year.

The scheme will involve construction of an 11-storey tower, estimated to cost between $75m and $100m.

The tower includes 350,000ft² of office space and will have a 1,553-space car park along with an enclosed walkway, according to bizjournals.com.
