Developer Damac Properties has begun work on a 42-storey Al-Jawharah project in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Drake and Scull International Centre for Contracting has been awarded the main contract, worth 450m riyals, which will see teams mobilise on site within weeks, according to arabnews.com.
