The 186,000m² mixed-use project, located north of the Euston tower, has been designed by Wilkinson Eyre Architects and Stephen Marshall Architects.

The scheme will feature 46,500m² of office space and also include 172 residential units.

The project features Carmody Groarke's pavilion and will complete British Land's Regent's Place development, which began in 1984.
