Stirling Prize Nominations Announced

The Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) has announced the shortlist of architectural practices for this year's Stirling Prize, now in its 15th year. The winner will receive a £20,000 prize. The shortlisted practices include Zaha Hadid's Maxxi Museum of Art in Rome,

The Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) has announced the shortlist of architectural practices for this year’s Stirling Prize, now in its 15th year.

The winner will receive a £20,000 prize.

The shortlisted practices include Zaha Hadid’s Maxxi Museum of Art in Rome, Rick Mather’s Ashmolean Museum extension in Oxford and David Chipperfield Architects Neues Museum in Berlin.

The remaining three places have been given to Bateman’s Row in London by Theis & Khan, DSDHA’s Christ’s College school in Guildford and Clapham Manor primary school in London by dRMM.

The winner will be announced on 2 October.
