The Prairie View A&M University in Texas, US, has unveiled designs for a new sports complex.

Leo A Daly Smith & Company Architects unveiled a three-phase concept for the $60m complex, which will feature a 15,000-seat football stadium and athletic sports facility.

The new stadium will include a FieldTurf playing surface, reserved seating, press box, on-site ticket booths, club seating, luxury suites and an enhanced tailgating and parking area.

The 74,000ft² athletics centre will contain locker and dressing rooms, a training area, meeting rooms and additional space for team equipment.

It will also house administrative offices and a sports memorabilia area.
