Design plans for a three-building development at Canary Wharf London, UK, have received the green light following a decade-long delay.

The buildings will be 12, 21 and 31 storeys, with the highest reaching almost 205m.

Relocation of an existing canal and a new shopping development and plaza are also part of the new development, according docklands24.co.uk.

Permission was granted for Heron Quays West site in 2008, but the project was halted by opposition from owners of the final two red huts, which has since been resolved.
