The St James's Gateway project, featuring mixed-use buildings, will be delivered by the Crown Estate.

The 9,000m² revised scheme will feature more office space and fewer flats, according to bdonline.co.uk.

Westminster planning authority said in a report that the new proposals were identical to the original and recommended them to be approved.
