Work will begin next year on a proposed rugby stadium for West Yorkshire, UK, for a rugby league club.
Developer Waystone has secured a 20-acre plot at Glasshoughton for the proposed stadium for the Castleford Tigers worth £75m ($116.8m).
Waystone has already secured planning consent for the stadium, which will be designed by UK-based Ramsden & Partners.
The scheme will also feature many retail and leisure facilities, according to UKPA.
