US-based Noelker & Hull Associates has been selected to design the Franklin County Judicial and Consolidation Center in Ohio, US.
Work on the project, which is estimated to cost more than $50m, is expected to begin soon.
The county is planning to hold public consultations for the scheme, according to publicopiniononline.com.
The glass-clad building’s design will offer organised circulation spaces for judges, prisoners, employees and visitors.
The scheme is scheduled to be complete by 2013, and will incorporate various energy and water-efficient features.
