A proposed new sports complex for the Royal Brunei Air Force will be completed next year.
Work on the $7.4m project will be delivered by Architect Idris and contractor Dewi Puspita.
The complex will house an eight-lane running track, FIFA standard football field, and a 400-seat, six-lane 50m swimming pool and diving platform.
The facility will also house a multipurpose sports hall, futsal courts and provision for future hockey field and future and outdoor futsal courts, according to the Brunei Times.
The building is expected to be complete in 16 months.
KRKamarulzaman & Associates will serve as the civil and structural engineer, ZRJ Zakaria & Associates will serve as the M&E consultant and MRBC Partnership will be the quantity surveyors for the project.
