Work on the proposed new Doral City Hall building in Florida, US, will begin soon.
The three-storey scheme worth $22m will be built on a 1.8-acre site and will be an LEED Silver-certified building.
The 60,000ft² project will be delivered by CM Doral Development and will feature 250 parking spaces.
The new building will be part of the city’s master development plan, which will include a three-acre park and a 400-student K-8 centre.
The project is scheduled to be completed in 2012, according to miamiherald.com.
