Verizon Wireless has opened a state-of the-art green communications storefront in Rhode Island, US.

Rebuilt at a site destroyed by flooding in March this year, the Evolution design improves energy savings, water efficiency, CO2 emissions, indoor air quality and recycling processes and is expected to achieve LEED Silver certification.

Also the building conforms to wind deflection, R-value insulating and UV reflection specifications given Warwick's climate and weather generated by the Atlantic Ocean.

The 4,000ft² storefront at 399 Bald Hill Road in the Warwick Commons shopping plaza provides local residents and visitors with a convenient destination for all Verizon products.
