Australia-based Mirvac Group will begin rebuilding works for its $60m Goodsell House site in Sydney, Australia, this week.

The real estate group said it would demolish the existing building to construct a 20-storey skyscraper.

Architect Richard Roberts said the tower would be built in millennium deconstructivist style with a reinforced concrete frame and curtain wall glazing.

The defining feature of the building at 8-12 Chifley Square is an indoor / outdoor rooftop, according to smh.com.au.
