The scheme features a glass atrium, which contains 475 panes of different-sized curved glass panels, that covers the whole building.
The centre will be able to accommodate 8,000 people and is recognised as the world’s first carbon-neutral convention centre.
Treasury Holdings and the Office of Public Works developed the project together under the public private partnership mode, according to meetpie.com.
