The Natural Science Center of Greensboro in North Carolina, US, has unveiled new expansion plans.

The $20m plan will include building a 23,000ft² Sci-Quarium, renovation of the current museum and an expansion to the animal exhibit.

The project will be delivered in three phases, over a seven-year period by a US-based company, according to local news sources.

Work will begin next year and will be complete by 2016.
