Ground-breaking for the proposed 30-storey Rosslyn Tower in Washington, US, is scheduled for 14 October.

The project is being delivered by New York-based Monday Properties, which will also provide $30m towards the project’s estimated $300m cost.

The 118m-tall building was approved by the Arlington County Board two years ago.

Construction is scheduled to complete in early 2013, according to the Washington Post.
