A plan has been launched to regenerate the town of Telford in Shropshire, UK, over the next 15 years.
The £250m ($397m) project is being delivered by Telford & Wrekin Council along with partners Southwater Events Group and Homes and Communities Agency.
The project secured £100m ($158.9m) of the investment while HCA is contributing £9.5m ($15m).
The revamp site is located between the Telford International Centre and the Telford Shopping Centre.
On completion the site will feature 9,144m² of office space, a learning and media centre, two hotels as well as bars, restaurants, cafes and shops.
The plans also involve the construction of 330 residential homes and a multi-screen cinema.
A new council headquarters will also be built in Southwater in December, according to shropshirestar.com.
