Planning approval has been granted for a new mixed-use development in Strabane, Northern Ireland.
The project is located in an area between Strabane and Lifford and will transform the site of a former British Army base.
The original application planning permission for the multimillion-pound development was submitted in June 2006.
Riverside Building and Development worked on the plans to deliver the initial planning permission.
The proposed development includes a 50,901m² employment park, a 100-room hotel and a leisure centre measuring 15,240m².
