UK-based Assael Architecture has submitted plans for a mixed-use project in south London, UK.

The scheme will replace a derelict car showroom in Wandsworth and will include a six-storey, 122-room hotel and a business academy.

The revised project also includes conference facilities, a restaurant, gym and basement car park area, according to bdonline.co.uk.

The development is a scaled-down version of a previous application for the site on East Hill, which was withdrawn following local objections.
