UK-based Foster + Partners has unveiled the designs for the revised Ruskin Square scheme in East Croydon, England.
The 93,000m² scheme is currently at the public consultation phase, and is being delivered by developers Stanhope and Schroders.
The project has been redesigned to accommodate a new pedestrian bridge, which will open in 2013.
The new master plan features office space and 550 homes designed by Allford Hall Monaghan Morris.
The first phase of construction will begin 2013, according to architectsjournal.co.uk.
