UK Mixed-Use Project Design Unveiled

UK-based OMI Architects has unveiled designs for a new mixed-use project in Chesterfield, England. The a £300m ($481m) project, which will be located at Chesterfield Waterside, will feature office space, residential areas, bars and restaurants in an area measuring 242,812m².

The a £300m ($481m) project, which will be located at Chesterfield Waterside, will feature office space, residential areas, bars and restaurants in an area measuring 242,812m².

Chesterfield Waterside Partnership is a joint venture between Urbo and Chesterfield Borough Council.

The project also includes the restoration of the local canal network to create a fully navigable route, according to the thestar.co.uk.
