Designed by UK-based Make Architects, the project value stands at £100m ($159m).

The 42,000m² mixed-use project houses 244 flats, a 44-bedroom hotel, offices, a three-floor car park, four floors of shops and a rooftop bar.

The metal-glass clad skyscraper design has been inspired by Birmingham's industrial heritage and history of hand-crafted jewellery.
