UK-based practice Collado Collins has received planning consent to revamp the Olympia Exhibition and Conference Centre in London, England.

Hammersmith and Fulham Council has approved the £20m ($31m) plan to redevelop the site.

The revamp will include the addition of extra floor space in the centre's West Hall, and reconfiguration of the rest of the site.

Developer Capital & Counties Properties plans to begin work next year, according to bdonline.co.uk.
