Saudi-based Kingdom Holding has unveiled plans to build the world's tallest tower in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

The 75bn-riyal ($19.9bn) skyscraper will be at the centre of the mixed-use project, which will cover an area of 3.5 million suare metres.

It will include a park, a hotel and 10,000 residential units.

Kingdom's chairman, Prince Alwaleed bin Talal, told local reporters that the company would officially announce the project in three weeks.
