Royal Star International and Centurion Residence have formed a joint venture (JV) to launch the Centurion Star Tower project in Deira, Dubai, UAE.
The 492,000ft² project will spread across twin, mirror-image buildings and will feature 22 freehold retail spaces overlooking the creek and Dubai Creek Golf and Yacht Club; a rooftop pool with sunbathing decks; four gymnasiums and two saunas and steam rooms; male and female prayer areas; 375 parking bays and 168 offices.
The offices are spread over 12 storeys and range in size from 800ft² to 1,500ft². They can be used by both small and medium businesses.
More than 40% of the land plot will be used for public landscaping, greenery and fountains.
Royal Star International said the design of the ‘W’ shaped buildings will capture the essence of the surrounding area of Deira and its creek.
Royal Star International’s director of operations Hamzah Abu Zannad said that through the JV, the company intends to launch several other properties in the near future.
"Centurion Star Tower is a ready property and we wanted to go ahead with a ready property instead of going for an off plan project," Zannad said.
"The property is ready to move in and is a great place for any business to just get in and start performing. They can be productive from day one."
