Damac Properties has partnered with Paramount Pictures to construct a $1bn hotel project in Dubai, UAE.
The project, known as Damac Towers by Paramount, will feature four 250m-high towers, brought together with a multi-level plaza.
The multi-level plaza will feature themed restaurants, meeting and events facilities, a screening room, fitness centres, swimming pools, a kids club and shops.
One of the towers will feature a 540-room hotel, while the other three will house 1,400 serviced apartments.
Paramount Hotels and Resorts will manage the hotel and one, two and three-bedroom serviced residences in the mixed tower.
Damac Maison, the hospitality division of Damac Properties, will manage the one, two and three-bedroom serviced hotel residences and penthouses in the other three towers.
The project, which is expected to be completed by the end of 2015, will offer the views of the world’s tallest building, Burj Khalifa.
Damac Properties managing director Ziad El Chaar said, "We will employ the same, tried and tested production process, pioneered by Paramount Pictures at the studio, to direct, design and detail a world-class experience."
Damac Properties has completed 37 buildings to date with 7,817 units and has a further 66 buildings at various stages of progress across the Middle East and North Africa region.
