Emaar Properties has unveiled its new residential development project in Dubai called The Hills, which will feature two residential buildings of 12 and 15 storeys.
The residential buildings will feature one, two and three-bedroom apartments and will overlook either the golf course or the cityscape.
The buildings will feature several amenities including a yoga lawn, barbeque deck, health and fitness facilities, children’s play area and welcome lobby.
Emaar said the Hills residential buildings are part of a complex of four low-rises and that a key component of the development will be a hotel under Vida Hotels and Resorts, the latest addition to its hospitality portfolio.
Emaar Properties managing director Ahmad Al Matrooshi said the company started the concept of master-planned communities with Emirates Living – a collection of neighbourhoods including The Lakes, The Greens, The Meadows and The Springs.
"With The Hills, we are broadening our Emirates Living portfolio, offering residences that are distinguished by their sustainability features and their impressive golf-course views," Al Matrooshi said.
Recently, Emaar and Meraas have formed a new joint venture to develop the 11 million square metre master-planned community Dubai Hills Estate, the first phase of the Mohammed Bin Rashid City (MBR City).
After completion, the mixed-use project will feature an 18-hole golf course.
