India’s real estate developer Hebron Properties has launched a new luxury residential project in Bangalore centred on the concept of ‘great Australian living’.
The project, named ‘Hebron Enclave’, has been designed to mix indoor and outdoor space to represent the living standards of Australia, where houses usually have large backyards and open spaces.
On launching the project, Hebron Properties CEO Preenand Premachandran said the new venture would bring Australian living with Indian aesthetics to Bangalore.
"The IGBC Platinum pre-certified project, the first of its kind in Bangalore, offers a lot of open spaces to residents," Premachandran added.
Being developed near T C Palya in K R Puram in Bangalore, the 16-acre residential site will feature 65 luxury bungalows and six super-luxury bungalows as part of the first phase of development. Each bungalow will be surrounded by picket fences instead of walls to replicate the style of Australian housing.
Buildings under the first phase will spread over 11.5 acres while the remaining area will be developed as part of a second phase, said the company.
The project comprises ‘business class’ and ‘aristocratic class’ bungalows, with the former built on a 3,300ft² plot with over 5,100ft² of built-up space and the latter built on a 6,300ft² plot with over 7,000ft² of built-up space.
All buildings will get gearless elevators, jacuzzi, a sun deck, a separate study/office area in the second floor of the bungalow, a kitchenette space in the master bedroom, tiled stone walls, Italian kitchens, parquet flooring in bedrooms and heavy-duty Kohler bath fittings, said the company.
A jogging track with a water creek is also proposed as part of the venture, along with a clubhouse with gym, swimming pool, basketball court, indoor badminton court, central laundry facility, a mini mart and a children’s park and play area.
Global architect FSH Design and Australian architect Maxwell Barcham are working with Hebron to replicate Australian style in the new project.
