"We are very pleased with the final product, as we were able to bring to fruition the vision we had in our mind, and we are confident it will appeal strongly to customers who love living in Downtown Dubai."
The East House contains 157 units of 26 studios, 70 one-bedroom, 42 two-bedroom, ten three-bedroom, two penthouses and seven townhouses, whereas West House comprises 155 units with 26 studios, 72 one-bedroom, 38 two-bedroom, ten three-bedroom, two penthouses and seven townhouses.
