Real estate firm BH3 and developer Gary Cohen have formed a new joint venture to develop a two tower condo project in the US on South Florida’s last buildable private island.

The project, dubbed Privé, will be built on the eight-acre island between Williams Island and Sunny Isles Beach.

Designed by architects Sieger Suarez, the twin 16-storey towers will feature 160 residences ranging from 2,585ft² to more than 5,600ft² for select penthouse units.

As per the plans, every residence will feature private elevator entry, flow-through floor-plans with 10ft glass on both eastern and western exposures, 10ft depth balconies, east/west water views throughout, European kitchens and bathrooms, as well as outdoor summer kitchens.

Resort-style amenities and services include a 10,000ft² gym and spa in each tower, private dining and social rooms, pool-side café, wine and cigar rooms, kids rooms, tennis court, two pools, marina, private pier, nature trail, private beach, jogging path and concierge.

Cohen said the properties will be surrounded by ‘plush landscaping and natural view corridors’.

"Each resident will live in the utmost privacy, perched high atop the surrounding waterways, with gated security services, five star amenities, and complete tranquility," Cohen said.

Pre-sales of the project are expected to start in September 2013.
