UAE-based real estate and property developer RSG International has unveiled its new mixed-use project, Building No. 4, in Dubai.
Planned to be built in Bay Square, the project will offer prime residential space in the heart of Dubai, with around 60% of the building being used for commercial purposes and the rest for retail.
Building No. 4 is designed to have five floors above the ground and five floors below, with the lower floors providing parking space for 175 vehicles.
The building will be connected to the adjacent five-star hotel via a footbridge and feature a panoramic lift.
Bay Square has a built-up area of 5.1 million ft² with 13 mixed-use, low-rise buildings of up to 16-storeys high, as well as a 430,000m² pedestrian zone.
RSG International chairman Raj Sahni said: "With intent to diversify our portfolio, we are proud to unveil our second venture in an exceptional location that is a fantastic addition to RSG International.
"We have backed our initiatives with a firm payment plan that best supports the investors. Also with the exclusivity granted by DPG, this building will appeal to many and up the bar for not only RSG but also for other developers in the market in Dubai."
The company has contracted Dubai-based real estate firm Banke International as the official property agent to manage the leasing of Building No. 4 in Bay Square.
