Property developer Tameer has completed the construction of Elite Residence, a AED1.7bn ($462m) residential tower in Dubai Marina.
The 91-storey, 381m high tower features four basements, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, recreation areas, a gym, billiard, table tennis rooms, a multi function room, children’s play area and a reception.
The tower offers 696 apartments which include a mix of one and two bedroom apartments as well as three and four bedroom penthouses.
Tameer president Federico Tauber said, "The handing-over of units has already commenced and owners are now able to take possession of their apartments and enjoy the unique and extraordinary experience of living by both the marina and the sea."
On the ground floor, the tower features three retail outlets as well as parking space for 788 cars.
The upcoming Dubai Sufouh Tram will pass directly in front of the tower while the residents can access transport connections to Dubai Metro stations along Sheikh Zayed Road.
Arabian Construction Company had built the residential units of the tower while the external cladding work was completed by Cladtech International.
The tower is located close to Tameer’s Princess Tower, which was recognised in May 2012 by Guinness World Records as the world’s tallest residential building.
The 414m Princess tower stands at 107 storeys, including basement floors, a ground floor and 100 above ground levels.
