Dubai-based property developer Tebyan has partnered with Austrian firm Swarovski to develop the crystal-inspired Sparkle Towers at the Dubai Marina project.
Planned to be built in Dubai Marina, the project includes the development of two towers reaching 29 and 14 floors.
Both towers are connected by a residential podium that extends from the ground floor to the fourth floor.
Branded as Space Marveled by SWAROVSKI, the towers will serve as an ultra-luxury resort-style residential apartment featuring crystal-themed structures such as sparkling lighting and crystal interiors.
Tebyan managing director Naji Alia said: "Dubai is known worldwide as a haven of luxury where simply having a good residence is just not good enough.
"Our style-sensitive residents seek nothing but the very best, and elegance is not only appreciated but demanded. To enhance Dubai's global reputation, Tebyan has gone beyond luxury to perfection; in-sync with Swarovski, a trendsetter who has sparkled in the luxury crystal arena for 120 years."
Swarovski senior vice-president Peter Pelletier said: "The coming together of two companies with proven expertise in their fields will create a beyond-luxury living experience."
Tebyan will unveil the Sparkle Towers at Dubai Marina in October.
In addition to Sparkle Towers, Tebyan has several other projects in process, including hotel, residential, commercial and entertainment projects in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Jordan.
