UK developer Peel Holdings has secured approval from city planners for the construction of Liverpool’s second tallest skyscraper on Princes Dock.
Plans include construction of 133 apartments and a hotel with 129 rooms spread across a 34-storey tower and an eight-storey block.
Peel Holdings also plans to include 12,000m² of commercial and office space in the development.
The developer had previously secured planning permission for the development, but the permission had expired according to liverpoolecho.co.uk.
