US-based Paetec has selected Bergmann Associates to design the firm’s new headquarters in Rochester, New York, US.
Bergmann Associates will be assisted by LaBella Associates Clark Patterson Lee who will work on electrical engineering and civil engineering respectively.
The 20,903m² office building is estimated to cost around $55m.
The building is also slated to include retail space, a rooftop garden, advanced technology for energy efficiency and LED lighting effects.
The headquarters building has a completion date pencilled in for June 2013.
