UK-based developer St Modwen has secured permission for a £50m commercial development in Hednesford, UK.

The scheme, approved by the Cannock Chase Council, will be developed in two phases over two sites.

Phase one will include construction of purpose-built premises for Hollywood Bingo Club and the Reserve Forces and Cadets’ Association, with retail space.

Phase two involves the redevelopment of the Victoria Street area with a 7,430m² Tesco supermarket with underground parking.
