The first six floors of the building will house the hotel’s podium and ballroom, floors eight to 30 will house office space and floor 30 up to the penthouse levels will be occupied by the Grand Hyatt.

The Grand Hyatt will feature innovative dining options, spa and fitness centres, and business and meeting facilities.
