Land Securities has secured planning permission for the proposed mixed-use developments at 30 Old Bailey and 60 Ludgate Hill in London, UK.
The proposed mixed-use developments will consist of two buildings and will replace the current properties on site.
The building at Old Bailey was designed by German architects Sauerbruch Hutton.
The nine-storey development will feature two open terraces on the top floor while the ground level will feature a restaurant fronting the piazzetta.
The second nine-storey development at Ludgate Hill was designed by British architects Fletcher Priest.
The building will include 14,000m² of office space and 2,300m² of retail space and a new pedestrian thoroughfare.
The developments are scheduled for completion in late 2013.
