Oxford Development has proposed a 121,000ft² office building at SouthSide Works in Pittsburgh, US, the latest addition to the sprawling riverfront complex.

Under the project, the group will develop a surface parking lot on three parcels at Hot Metal and Sidney streets across from the American Eagle headquarters.

To erect the building, the company will team up with PJ Dick, Trammel Crow and an unidentified investor.

The construction work is expected to complete by 2013.
