Oxford Properties Group is planning to redevelop a 215,000ft² office property, called 111 Richmond W, to the latest standards in technology and environmental specifications at the Richmond-Adelaide Centre in Toronto, Canada.

The redevelopment, which will cost around $65m, will preserve the design integrity of renowned architect Peter Dickinson.

The 111 Richmond W features a public plaza, period lobby and extensive use of natural light. It is being redeveloped to LEED Shell and Core standards.

The Richmond-Adelaide Centre is a 1.6-million-square-foot, five building office complex in downtown Toronto.

The redevelopment project should be complete by autumn 2012.
