Mount Anvil is planning to start work on a £20m mixed-use housing and office scheme on Pear Tree Street, Islington, London.

The 1,660m² project has received planning consent for one, two and three-bedroom apartments with 354m² of ground floor office space.

The five to six-storey building will comprise textured brickwork with infill glazing, light-coloured render elevations, large windows and a combination of inset and protruding balconies.

The scheme is arranged around a communal courtyard garden and has a rooftop garden terrace for residents.

Construction on the project is expected to finish by May 2013.
