Arabtec Construction has secured a AED243m ($66m) contract from Emaar Properties to build 253 new villas at its Arabian Ranches 2 development in Dubai, UAE.
The villas will be constructed within the Casa project at Arabian Ranches, with work scheduled to commence in the second quarter of 2013 and is expected to complete in 16 months.
