Macklowe Properties chairman Harry Macklowe said: "At 1,396ft, 432 Park Avenue is the tallest residential building in the Western Hemisphere and represents an extraordinary accomplishment of architecture, design, engineering and craftsmanship."

Designed by architect Rafael Vinoly, the tower houses 104 residences with 12.5ft finished ceiling heights, solid oak flooring, Italian marble countertops and oversized 10ft x 10ft windows that provide natural light and city views.
