Planned to be built close to Dubai’s new cultural destination, the Opera District and a multi-format theatre Dubai Opera, BLVD Heights will feature two residential towers connected by a podium.

Scheduled to be launched simultaneously in five cities including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Shanghai, Hong Kong and Singapore, BLVD Heights will offer customers 280 one to three-bedroom apartments and leisure amenities such as a swimming pool and gymnasium.
