The contractor will introduce new roof lights on the podium deck and performance glazing to the southern elevation to maximise the volume of natural light entering the building’s lower levels.

A new landscaping scheme will be added to improve the public area near City Tower and the existing restaurant as well as the hard landscaping elements on the high walkway area will be removed.

ISG will also carry out structural work across the tower’s roof by introducing enlarged plant openings and remove and replace existing water tanks.

The project is due for completion in the summer of 2013.
