ISG beat off competition from the construction companies Kier, Leadbitter and Ardmore to secure the contract.
As per the deal, ISG will commence the work in November 2012 to deliver 625 lodges across the 365-acre facility.
ISG UK Construction managing director Craig Tatton said, "Delivering 625 lodges across such a large site over an accelerated timeframe is a logistically challenging undertaking, especially when you factor in the restricted Woodland setting and simultaneous infrastructure development works on site."
Over a 59-week period, ISG will build two, three and four-bed lodges using off-site manufactured timber frames, structural insulated timber wall panels and traditional tiled roofs.
Guests will be provided with various styles of accommodation, including Woodland , Executive and Exclusive lodges.
During construction, the developer will use modern insulation materials to see that each of the lodges reaches a high level of environmental performance.
UK-based civil engineering company Birse Civils has secured a £26m contract in the development to carry out road works and technical infrastructure.
