TDI Real Estate has started construction on the first phase of Jefferson at One Scottsdale, an 80-acre mixed-use project in Scottsdale, Arizona, US.

Phase one of the project will feature 750 units of luxury housing, and construction is underway on 388 units with scheduled completion in 2014.

Out of 388 units, 178 will be one bedroom/one bath apartments, 186 will be two bedroom/two bath apartments and the remaining 24 are planned to be three bedroom/three bath apartments.

The first phase will also feature a 10,800ft² clubhouse, lounge, a media room, two resort-size swimming areas with spa, 294 garage spaces, 182 carport spaces and outdoor storage units.

The project will be developed on a site located within the One Scottsdale development located at the northeast corner of the 101 Freeway and Scottsdale Road in north Scottsdale corporate corridor.

TDI said that the corporate component of the project is anchored by Dial/Henkel North American Headquarters and the retail mixed-use component is owned by DMB Associates in partnership with retail developer Macerich.

Upon completion, the total project will feature approximately 1.8 million ft² of retail, restaurant and office space, around 1,100 mixed-use residential units including urban estates, chic condominiums and penthouses, as well as 400 boutique resort hotel rooms.
